Start with an appetiser of Caesar salad, antipasti, baked tomato, mozzarella salad or seafood fritata; then choose from cream of chicken with basil flavour or seafood tomato soup; follow this with grilled fillet of tenderloin, grilled lamb rack, braised spicy chicken, and pan-seared fresh codfish, among others. The Chef also recommends the baked chicken risotto and prawn spaghetti. A host of other a la carte selections are also available.
