The JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur is one of nine distinctive JW Marriotts around the world, and was the first Marriott to open in Malaysia. In 1999, YTL Hotels & Properties acquired this Hotel, which is ideally located in the central business district of the city. The stylish JW Marriott anchors the popular Bintang Walk and provides a distinctive level of luxury and comfort featuring the efficiencies in service that is Marriott's hallmark.

The JW Marriott Hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's central business district, the Golden Triangle, with major office buildings and prime shopping areas within walking distance. It is adjacent to the prestigious Starhill Shopping Centre and anchors the popular Bintang Walk on Jalan Bukit Bintang.

The Hotel is about an hour's drive away or 75 kilometres from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at Sepang. Our Doorman would be delighted to help you with taxis and transportation, including the new Express Rail Link (ERL) which takes only 28 minutes from KLIA to Sentral Station and vice-versa. Guests can also make arrangements for limousine services at the Concierge.

Deluxe Rooms:

Junior Suites
The 32 spacious Junior Suites measure 71 square metres, featuring a lounge area for relaxing and entertaining, with a large desk in a separate working area, and an adjoining bedroom with a large ensuite marble bathroom. Guests also enjoy access to the Hotel's plush JW Lounge on the 24th Floor, where snacks and refreshments are served through the day.

Studio Suites
The 19 Studio Suites offer guests the luxury of space at 65 square metres. They are L-shaped, and feature an ample work area, lounge area and a cosy dining alcove. Access is also provided to the JW Lounge with its privileges and benefits.

JW Lounge
The JW Lounge is located on the 24th Floor, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. With its high ceiling and sand-coloured wooden wall panelling decorated with gilt-framed tapestry prints, the lounge is a restful place with comfortable wing chairs and sofas. Light snacks are served every morning, with refreshments available through the day followed by evening cocktails. Marriott Rewards Platinum and Gold members and guests occupying suites enjoy complimentary access to the JW Lounge.

JW Marriott Gourmet

Satay Club
Malaysia's most famous delicacy is served here by the pool in the ambience of a typical Malay 'kampung' or village. The JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur is the ultimate venue for meetings, conferences and social functions. The elegant 888 square metre Mayang Sari Grand Ballroom together with 30 other meeting rooms offer flexible space for business meetings and seminars, creative events and receptions. The Ballroom can be divided into 6 salons, accommodating from 50 to 770 guests for a banquet, up to 1,000 for a reception or 1,000 theatre-style.
