Penang Heritage Night
Discover the historical treasures of Penang with our Penang Heritage night. For more than two centuries, the “Pearl Of The Orient” attracted adventurers, visitors and migrants from all over the world, making it an ethnic melting pot of Asian and European cultures. 

Our Penang Heritage night takes you back in time to Penang’s roots, from its establishment as a British trading post in 1786 to the 19th and mid-20th centuries. You will experience the Malay, Chinese, Indian, Nyonya and Colonial way of life back then, with scenes and landmarks of those long forgotten time. Our Chef will make it a night to remember with a sumptuous special dinner featuring authentic dishes from the bygone areas. 

Safari Night Theme Dinner
The scene is set for a wild and adventurous rendezvous. Imagination and fantasy come alive whereby the ballroom is transformed into the home of Africa’s wildlife. With the stars forming a canopy overhead, guests gather in the bushbeld for a braai (barbecue) that brings them tantalisingly near to the mysterious night world of the wild. 

The ballroom is dominated with carvings and statues of celebrating creatures such as leopards, elephants, crocodiles and zebras, while the sounds are magnified in the still air. Only the occasional laugh of they hyaena and the bark of a baboon disturb the silence. But as they myriad of lights beckon from the velvety sky above, the night is alive with laughter and happy chatter from the buzzing “visitors” where showtime promises glittering razzmatazz. 

Penang Chinatown Theme Dinner
Take a stroll down Penang’s Chinatown streets, which comes alive in the grand ballroom. You will be greeted upon arrival with the sound of thundering drums and an auspicious “lion dance” performance to start off the evening. The ballroom is decked in bold colours of red and gold, depicting the auspicious colours of the Chinese, while colourful lanterns hang from the ceiling. 

Vendors line the “streets” of Penang, peddling their wares while typical streetside stalls offer famous mouth-watering Penang hawker fare. Guests will also witness local artisans at work including calligraphers, fortune tellers, clog makers, Chinese acrobats and to visit a typical Chinese Tea House. 
 

Optional 'Theme Parties' can be individually created and tailored to your specific needs and 
preferences.
