Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore offers four collections of event venues, with space totaling over 60,000 square feet. The Grand, Mezzanine, Valley and Garden Collections, each with its distinctive ambience, can accommodate events, ranging from a Board meeting for 12 to a conference for 1,500. 

The Island Ballroom has the flexibility to accommodate 1,300 for a cocktail reception/banquet and 1,500 for theatre style. For smaller functions, the Island Ballroom can be partitioned into 3 separate ballrooms each accommodating up to an average of 400 persons. 

The Tower Ballroom can be utilised in its entirety or divided into 3 equal sections. Maximum capacity for the whole Tower Ballroom is 750 for a cocktail reception/banquet and 800 for theatre style. 

23 additional function rooms, including the exclusive Garden Collection are available for small to medium sized events, the Garden Collection speciality rooms are nestled amidst the lush greenery. The majority of these rooms are located within close proximity to the ballrooms on the Mezzanine Level of the Tower Wing.
