YUE at City Garden Hotel has won its first Michelin star in the world-renowned culinary and travel guidebook 2012 edition. 
The Michelin star builds on the success of YUE at City Garden Hotel which won the Gold with Distinction Award under Seafood – Fish, Prawn, Crab Category at Hong Kong Tourism Board’s “2010 Best of the Best Culinary Awards” with its spectacular dish “Seared Star Garoupa Fillet with Fish Maw on Egg White with Truffle Sauce ” (HK$75.00 per person). While the novel and delicious dim sum platter, “Gold Coast Starlight” (HK$48.00 per person) has struck gold at the “2011 Best of the Best Culinary Awards – Dim Sum Category”.
With its high ceiling and more than 9,000sq.ft of space, Yue is characterised by a mainly cream palette complemented with timber floors and walnut walls, glass and metal and sculptures and paintings, which conjures up a feeling of cozyness and serenity. Overlooking the lush greenery outside through the floor-to-ceiling windows, Yue can seat 360 persons and offer two private V.I.P. rooms and four combinable function rooms, which are ideal for private parties, company events and wedding banquets.

Offering an unbeatable combination of variety and quality, the Garden Café on the first floor of the City Garden Hotel is a versatile all day dining restaurant.
It serves an opulent buffet selection of Western and Asian favourites that changes three times per day for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea set and dinner. The ambience is chic and modern but relaxed, the cuisine a balanced mixture of the indulgent and the healthy with an emphasis on fresh, high quality ingredients.
