The hotel boasts five restaurants and bars catering to guests' every whim. Choices can be made from Avenue Restaurant and Bar, which has been voted one of Hong Kong's Best Restaurants for four consecutive years, local fare at Loong Yuen Cantonese Restaurant, which just received the Gold with Distinction Award from the Hong Kong Tourism Board's Best of the Best Culinary Awards, as well as German and Continental fare at the Delicatessen Corner and for those who want to experiment, there are five international buffets served daily in the coffee shop. Loong Yuen Cantonese Restaurant
Loong Yuen Cantonese Restaurant is the perfect place to sample top-quality Chinese dim sum and a wide selection of authentic Cantonese dishes. Known for its innovative dishes, Loong Yuen Cantonese Restaurant was recognised for its outstanding Fried Rice, winning the Gold with Distinction Award at the Hong Kong Tourism Board's Best of the Best Culinary Awards. This is the second award for recognition by the Tourism Board after receiving the Gold Award for Dim Sum in the previous year.

This renowned restaurant seats 230 guests, and the restaurant achieves a warm ambience through colourful furnishings and intricate blend of textures with traditional paintings, artistic pieces and a calming waterfall. Two large fish tanks ensure a wide selection of fresh seafood, and can be viewed while dining.
