The Premier Club

Riva
The perfect place for luncheon or dinner, Riva on 27th floor offers commanding panoramic views of Hong Kong's famous harbour as well as Victoria Park.  During Lunch, enjoy from Monday to Saturday our wide selection of appetizers and desserts and have your main course cooked to order.  On Sundays we offer Causeway Bay's best valued brunch, including delicious international and local favourites.

During the evening we serve excellent cuisine from our a la carte menu in an elegant atmosphere.  All time delights such as Peppered Lamb Rack and Tasmanian Salmon in Shitake Shell with Lobster Coleslaw and Mushroom Syrup will please your palate.   Wine and Dine to the relaxing sounds of our pianist/vocalist  from 7:00pm at Riva Lounge where you can enjoy an enormous selection of wines at unbeatable value along with a sophisticated cigar selection.

For that special occasion we have two private dining rooms for up to 12 persons and 24 persons respectively.

The Cafe 
From 6:00a.m. until 12:45a.m. this large bright room serves a vast array of Oriental & International food either from its innovative a la carte menu that has something for everyone, or from one of the best buffets in Hong Kong.  The Asian Sets menu and the Noodle Bar are great value.

George & Co
George & Co at the Great George Street entrance of the Lobby is the perfect spot to relax, watch live large screen actions and enjoy a cold drink after a hard day's shopping.  The interior is welcoming and cosy, with hardwood floor and plush furnishing. For special occasions or to enjoy an excellent cigar there is a private room for up to 10 persons. This bar has an outstanding sandwich & snack menu, and serves a very popular buffet lunch Monday - Saturday 

Stix 
Located at the corner of Gloucester Road and Great George Street, Stix has great music and offers a simple but very attractive menu with a selection of superb Stix signature cocktails. Well known singer and band, Sabrina and the Lau Ling Band, kick off at 9:30p.m. Tuesday to Saturday with a blend of old and new favorites and a few Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese and English songs.  Stix, the music room of the Park Lane, is definitely not to be missed.

Cino's 
Ideal for a relaxing break or get together, this little Cafe/Pastry Shop serves great coffee with freshly baked breads & pastries.  For that last minute gift it has gourmet chocolates & pastries for take-out.

Conference & Banquet Facilities 
The extensive meeting and banquet facilities include seven elegant function rooms and seven executive boardrooms, most of which command breathtaking views of the harbour and Victoria Park.

Boardroom I-VI
Each boardroom is decorated with oak wood panelling and plush furnishings with separate working area, equipped with private fax line and phone. A private restroom can also be found in every boardroom.  These permanent boardooms are the perfect and ideal facilities in which to hold successful high powered meetings, where all the necessary equipment a businessman needs are available. 

Gloucester Room 
Named after Gloucester Road where The Park Lane is located, the Gloucester Room is a newly established conference room.  The room is furnished with a superb quality conference table and leather chairs, accommodating up to 22 persons.  The cutting edge design includes electronic curtains, built-in T.V, V.C.R and electronic screen and a self service coffee machine that brews a fresh cup of coffee in minutes.  In addition, there is a private working room inside the Gloucester Room as an added facility to serve as a personal computer room, secretarial area or for simultaneous translation.
