All hotel, tour and transfer rates are booked strictly on a pre-payment basis. 
Once the booking is confirmed, we will charge the full cost to your Credit Card account. 
We will issue you with our Confirmation Voucher, which you will present to the hotel or ground operator on arrival at your destination.
For security reasons, we may ask you to forward us a copy of your passport and your credit card.
Cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid cancellation charges (generally one night cancellation fee). However, some hotels may impose additional cancellation requirements during their peak periods. Such additional cancellation requirements will be advised to you at confirmation.
There will be no refund for cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows.
In addition to the above cancellation charge levied by the hotel, we will charge an administrative fee of A$50 for bookings cancelled, irrespective of whether the booking is cancelled within 14 days or otherwise. However, there will be no administrative fee for amendment of booking dates. 
Unless otherwise indicated, all hotel rates are based on rooms on a 'Run-of-House' basis and include all applicable government taxes and service charges. 
Completion and submission of the Booking Form confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
